Nearly One Fifth of Younger UK Adults Using AI for Vacation Planning, Survey Shows

As per a new survey, nearly a fifth of young adults in the UK are turning to artificial intelligence to plan their vacations.

Generational Divide in Technology Adoption

While traditional pre-arranged vacations continue to be the most common option, findings indicates that 18% of young adults use smart assistants like virtual planners for trip ideas.

Conversely, fewer than 3% of those over 55 cite AI as a source for travel inspiration.

Across the board, a quarter of UK residents persist in opt for traditional brochures when planning their trips.

Growing Reliance in Virtual Helpers

Industry experts predict the use of artificial intelligence to increase sharply in the coming years.

Nearly two in five of respondents stated they would be willing to let an virtual helper to arrange their trips completely.

Post-Pandemic Travel Recovery

Research revealed at a latest travel industry convention indicated that the percentage of British people booking a trip last year has nearly returned to pre-Covid rates.

Young holidaymakers were also double the chance to choose a company, hotel, or location due to its sustainability efforts.

Roughly one in five of millennials prioritized sustainability, against one in ten across all age groups.
